These guarantee/sales terms and conditions apply to each and every one of the products exhibited on this website. The use of the services offered on this online store entails the acceptance of these mentioned Terms and Conditions.

We recommend you read these Sale Terms carefully before you place an order. You automatically accept each and every one of these Terms and Conditions once you make a purchase.

General Sales Conditions

According to the Spanish Law for Road Transports (LOTT), as soon as the products are delivered, the number of packages received and the good condition of these must be verified by the customer.

In the event of incidents, damaged or faulty products, the observations must be detailed on the carrier’s delivery note and notified in writing to Tubhome within a maximum period of 24hs. Otherewise, such incidence claim will not proceed.

The purchase of a product does not imply the right to installation, configuration or explanation of its operation.

We do not hold ourselves accountables for any possible delays in shipping caused by lack of stock of any product, lack of information about payments or bank transfers, delays caused by the courier or any other reason. The delivery times shown on this website are for guidance only. Please, remember to state your order reference and name on your payments.

In Tubhome we try our best to ensure that the information we give is correct, nonetheless we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions and stock. Depending on the manufacturer’s availability, the products can suffer small variations when it comes to specifications, colours or design characteristics, as long as these changes do not diminish the quality and features announced.

Tubhome is not responsible for losses or extra costs caused by errors in the address provided by customers at the time of purchase, picked up by a third person at the address provided or changes of address, nor for the extra costs arising from delays in delivery attributable to the customer, being the one who must assume them.

We’re not responsible for any damages or costs caused by the use of the product/the impossibility of use caused by error or dissatisfaction, delays or any other reason of the products purchased.

Tubhome does not install or offer maintenance services for its products and although instructions for use, installation and maintenance are provided, these are the responsibility of the customer. Tubhome shall not be liable for any damages, losses or costs arising from improper installation, maintenance or use, being also void the warranty.

Individual purchasers have the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, assuming the direct cost of returning the goods (you can consult us for the exact cost depending on the product and area) and must leave the product packaged as received and available for collection on the street. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by contacting us before the expiry of the relevant period. You may use the model withdrawal form, although its use is not obligatory.

Upon receipt of the goods, the money will be refunded, without undue delay, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. The refund may be withheld until we have received the goods or verified the correct condition and return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

The orders with more than three units of any product, may be considered as a retailer’s order, these being subject to the law ruling this market and may be cancelled unilaterally by Tubhome if the customer is not legally certified as a retailer.

Tubhome reserves the right to cancel any order if the payment has not been received within five calendar days.

We guarantee a minimum price for our products; to be able to demonstrate the price difference you’d need the purchase invoice and a document that verifies that at the date of purchase, the product (brand and model) was cheaper and in stock in another comparable Spanish shop (including VAT and shipping costs, excluding offers and discounts).

The photographs and measurements shown on this website are approximate and may vary. The photographs shown do not create a contractual link and there can be variations due to configuration and extras purchased with the product.

According to the applicable regulations, in respect to article 27,1 of Law 34/2002, of July 11th on information society services and electronic commerce, we inform the following:

1) The electronic document in which the contract is finished will be filed with the company's administration. It can be viewed through private access with the client's registration data, and a reliable copy of it will be made available online and for printing if a physical form was needed.

2) Likewise, prior to final acceptance of the electronic contract, there is a screen where any input error can be analysed, modified and, if needed, corrected.

The sale is understood to take place at the seller’s address and both parties will be ruled by Spanish regulations in force and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga, Spain.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty and repairs: the products marketed have a 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery of the goods, in accordance with the new regulations in force.

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the option of repair, replacement of the article, discount or return of the goods will be chosen, on terms established by law.

The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects, not including those caused by negligence, bumps misuse or improper handling, incorrect voltage and/or installation not made a by authorised Techincal Service when appropiate, nor worn-out goods caused by normal use.

When you provide us with a product to be repaired, you must include, along with the product, a copy of the invoice, a document explaining what the operating error is, all accessories and packaging included.

The warranty period ends when the products change owner(s) and/or are moved outside the country where they were bought. 

If a product is received and these guarantee conditions are not met, they will be returned at the expense of the buyer with a payment by COD for commissions and shipping costs.
